Vastline Solutions is a debt review referral and support company operating in South Africa. We work in partnership with Creditwise Solutions, a registered debt counselling firm. 2. Our services
Vastline Solutions provides:
- Free initial debt review consultations
- Referral to our registered debt counsellor at Creditwise Solutions
- Support and guidance throughout the debt review process
- Communication assistance between clients and creditors
Debt review services are provided in accordance with the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 and are subject to NCR regulations.
3. No guarantee of outcome
While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome for every client, Vastline Solutions cannot guarantee specific results. The outcome of debt review negotiations depends on your individual financial circumstances and your creditors' responses.
4. Fees
Your initial consultation is completely free of charge. Debt review fees are regulated by the NCR and are only payable once a debt repayment plan is in place. All fees are included in your single monthly payment — there are no hidden costs or upfront charges.
5. Client responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial information
- Make your agreed monthly payments on time
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your financial circumstances
- Not take on additional credit while under debt review
- Cooperate fully with your debt counsellor and the debt review process
6. Limitation of liability
Vastline Solutions and Creditwise Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for the decisions made by your creditors during the negotiation process.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with South African law.
